This is by far my favorite PC keyboard shortcut.
On a PC you can quickly rename a file by using keyboard shortcut F2.
Find the file using File Explorer
Click once on the file you want to rename to select it
Click F2
Type the new name
Press Enter
On a Mac, select the file you want to rename and use the quick pull down menu (or Control-click the file) to rename the file.
