Checking Your Password Manager’s “Health Score”

Most of us know we should use a password manager. But once we set one up, it’s easy to treat it like a digital attic . . . we toss passwords in and completely forget about them. Over time, that vault accumulates weak logins, duplicate passwords across multiple sites, and credentials exposed in old data breaches.

This week, spend 2 minutes running a quick Password Health Checkup:

  1. Open your password manager (like 1Password, Bitwarden, Apple Keychain, or Google Password Manager).
  2. Find your security dashboard. Look for a tab named Security DashboardWatchtowerPassword Audit, or Checkup.
  3. Fix just ONE flagged entry. Pick one reused or weak password, and update it.

You don’t need to overhaul your entire digital life in an afternoon. Fixing just one vulnerable password per week helps keep your accounts locked down.
