Trying to read a laptop or phone screen outside under direct summer sunlight is nearly impossible, causing major eye strain.
Do This Instead — Turn on Dark Mode (or high-contrast mode), which makes text much easier to read outdoors. Go to Settings, then Display, then click Dark Mode.
Bonus: Polarized sunglasses can actually make some screens look completely black, tilt your head or the screen will usually fixes it.
