QR Codes are becoming commonplace. We see them everywhere. But what do you do when you see one on your computer screen? Do you take out your phone and scan it?
Although that way works, it puts the information on your phone. What if you want it on your computer?
Try this instead when using Chrome:
Right mouse click on the QR Code
Scroll down to Search Image with Google
The Google Lens comes up with information from that QR Code
If there is a link available, there will be an option to click Website
If you are not using Chrome:
Copy the QR Code
Go to Google.com
Click the Search by image icon (looks like a camera)
Paste the QR Code
Available information for that QR Code will appear
