Last week, I knew there was an email that I needed to send on Monday morning and I also knew I didn’t have time to send it. There are a couple of ways I could have solved this issue (send it Sunday, draft the email on Sunday and hit the send button on Monday, etc). I chose to set up the email on Sunday and schedule it to go out at a specific time on Monday.
This way the email would go out when it needed to, without me having to do any extra work.
Give it a try:
-
Open Gmail
-
Click Compose and type the email
-
Click the down arrow next to Send
-
Click Schedule Send
-
Set the date and time you want the email to be sent
