This was a new one for me. Definitely useful!
Have you ever wished you could “unsend” an email that you just sent? Most email apps let you recall an email if you are quick enough, but did you know you can extend the time up to 30 seconds? Imagine . . . 30 whole seconds to call back an email and add the attachment you forgot.
Not all apps allow the maximum time, but any additional time just might save you some embarrassment.
Gmail
Go to Settings (https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/general) and change Undo Send to 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds. Remember to Save Changes.
Apple Mail
Choose Mail > Settings, click Composing, click the Undo Send Delay, then choose a time limit.
Outlook / Microsoft 365
Go to Settings (https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/mail/layout) and click Compose and Reply. Scroll down to Undo Send and adjust the slider to 10 second.
Got a different email app? Try a quick Google search using “change unsend time in (your email app)”
